Transitioning Your Pet To A Raw Diet: Your Pet can easily move to an all RAWHEALTH  diet following these suggestions:   Mix a small amount of your Pet’s current food with  RAWHEALTH with over two feedings. Adding a tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt for the next two feedings should end any stool changes that might occur.
